We’re busy, that’s a fact. Someone amazing things can happen very quickly and your just not ready for it. That’s what has been happening with my main business. It’s amazing but at the same time it’s making me fall behind on my other endeavors. I’m not worried though. Good things are happening and I couldn’t be happier!Post Views: 1,108
I’m seeing this a lot on social media, people who own business asking how to develop something. Now while there’s nothing really wrong with that, it just raises a flag in my head. If your still on a learning curve of how to best develop something, and your asking complex dev questions, I think it’s time you switch your approach. It’s totally OK to be a developer if that’s what you want to do, but as a business owner, you may need to start thinking about how to streamline your processes. Enjoy the video.Post Views: 1,131
Welcome to another episode! Thanks for sticking g with me. In this show I’m talking about taking back what’s yours, Your BUSINESS! We sometimes talk until the habit of becoming work horses for our clients. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t work hard, but you should also stick behind your morals and do the things you want to do. This is your business, your rules, your standards, and no one gets to create those except for you!
We sometimes get in the habit of the employee boss role where your the employee and your client’s the boss. To that I say NO. You’re the boss, that’s why you’re doing this. Treat your clients like gold but know that your the one that makes the decisions and gets to decide with who and how you want to work. Otherwise your just going to fall back into the same place that you wanted to get out of.
