This is part 2 of the Agency Pro Home Page Series (is 2 a series?). In this episode, I dive into the code that actually makes the home page. I get into the functions.php file as well as the front-page.php file and show you a few of my techniques with child themes and the Genesis Framework. It’s incredibly easy to layout a home page and I’ll show you exactly how. It’s pretty much registering and adding a few widget areas.
You’ll see that the new home page looks completely different than the original. =) Once again, in this video, I don’t get into a lot of styling, but I’ll briefly explain how each part gets added, without overloading with code!
But first… have you seen the first video?
Enjoy the video!
